How to register a company in Belgium?
We can registrate a company in Belgium. This means we set up a company under
the form of a "Naamloze Vennootschap", with limited responsability and with
nameless actions. This guarantees discretion and free trade of actions.
Company law requires a minimum capital of 2.500.000 BEF (about 62,500 US
dollar) and at least two shareholders, who may be individuals or
corporations. There is no obligation to have shareholders resident in
Belgium. The Board of Directors must have at least three members who have
the title of Director. They need not be Belgian residents.

For setting up the company we
work with a public notary. For a standard
setup they charge about 60.000,-BEF (about 1,500 US dollar).
For the accounting which is obligatory, we work together with a accountant
who charges 40.000,- BEF (about 1,000 US dollar) for one year and for a
small firm.
We can organise this setup with registration in the official papers without
your presence, but with proxy's.

notary and the accountant, the proxy's, ..............so you have a complete
registration and a perfect legal Belgium company, our costs are about
100.000,-BEF (about 2,500 US dollar). Total costs can then be estimated at
200.000,- BEF (about
5,000 US dollar).
